A couple touring their dream home is unraveled when the uncertain girlfriend notices a marital altercation unfolding in the house next door.

An enamored couple tours a spacious, light-dappled home, convinced it could be the site of their future together. But while breadwinner Boyd is eager to start a family, April is hesitant to become the wife and mother he has in mind. As their differing visions of the future erupt in hostility, April notices a couple in the midst of a dangerous altercation next door.
